Lol Buffet hoarding cash has been happening for years because he only acquires companies he considers a good value or bargains and won't engage in a bidding war. That's a clickbait headline along with Goldman which may be true for a short period before new data comes in.

The FED also q.e.'D about 3 trillion dollars to the repo market(mid Dec through January.)
They are propping up the market for disaster. Also, Warren Buffet bailed out goldman sachs in '08 along with making 3.7 billion on top of it.
