Same city but different neighborhood, definitely a little more central and lively with a lot of cool bars and restaurants, I like my old place/area a lot but its out of the way and the commute is a bitch as I work on the complete opposite end of the city. Also really don't like the people i live with and I will be moving in with a friend which should be exciting. Commute will also be a bit more comfortable as far as I can tell.
