The way Nintendo's been treating Paper Mario upsets me more than anything else they've done tbhI agree. The only other comparison I can think of is Banjo- Kazooie. Great first two games, third game rattles the formula and has mixed reception, and the series has been a slow death since then (well at least until Banjo and Kazooie made it into Smash). But that series at least has the excuse of a company buyout. Nintendo has no fucking excuse with how they've pissed away a great formula in Paper Mario. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Now's the perfect time to do it too. The future of the Mario and Luigi series is uncertain with the death of AlphaDream. You have to imagine Nintendo wants to continue making some kind of Mario RPG game. Why not return to Paper Mario?
