It was will be called...Milkdromeda.
Dubious naming schemes aside, this is kinda crazy. It won't happen for billions of years, but...entire galaxies colliding. I'm not sure exactly what this will mean for the galaxies, though, however it's unlikely that many actual stars will collide. The Milky Way most likely collided with smaller galaxies when it grew.

Its weird to think nothing will collide but were used to imagining galaxies as little splashes of solid light on a picture and not just a ton of empty space with the occasional speck of dust.

Also, it's extremely unlikely there will be humans as we know them around by the time Milky Way and Andromeda collide, because over a span of that much time, humanity will either: 1. Go extinct 2. Evolve into some other form of life/intelligence that is indistinguishable from humans. --- One time, CE triggered me so hard with their objectively wrong opinions that I accidentally punched myself in the balls. ...
