Ari Shaffir seems like a horrible human being in general.

ik Joey Diaz was popular before Rogan, but I've never laughed at anything that dude has said.

Tom Segura is by far the funniest guy on that list including Joe.

And while I dont really think andrew Shultz is very funny I think it's kind of unfair to peg his success to rogan. The guy is one of the best self promoters in comedy, going onto rogan a couple of times is just part of that.

I'm sort of inclined to agree. Whenever he has a comedian on they spend so much time "talking shop". It's interesting the first time, not the 30th.
