I remember when I was probably in high school there was some kid with porn in his sig. We were telling him in the topic that it was against the ToS and he was like "LOL DUDE I'VE HAD PORN IN MY SIG FOREVER YOU ARE TOTALLY ALLOWED TO HAVE IT"

Needless to say he got banned pretty quickly.

I think also in the late 2000s MAYBE early 2010s there was a user who made his name "jeffeasy" and it was fine for a few months until some CEman made a topic titled "ATTN: jeffeasy" with a message saying "i c wut u did thar" and he got banned in like five seconds. I felt bad for the guy he was a decent CEman who was new, and probably didn't even know who CjayC was or what his real name was. For shame.

Also I got banned for saying I was 12 in response to someone saying my username sounded like it was made by a 12 year old (I was 12)

I once had someone removed from my class for harassing a woman
Then I got the joy in reporting the fucker to his probation officer for breaking his probation by getting ass blasted drunk at 8am after he tried to get me fired

Some tool who use to post here called Thedovakiin (or something like that) once jokingly asked the mods to close his account.

It used to be cool to get banned like 18 years ago so we would spam cuss words back when it was actually illegal to do so. Was p funny at the time, on the late great Star Ocean 2 board for psx.

Someone once got banned for jokingly saying theyd suicide bomb the internet if a game didnt beat another game in the Poll Of The Day best game ever competition. The reason getting banned was funny here is that the internet is not an actual place or thing that can be bombed.

Okay we are talking like 10 years ago or so but back when board 8 was bumping and gamefaqs was at its height for traffic and people took the annual character battke contests way too seriously there was a bunch of account bets based on matches. One between 2 longtime members and after one welched a mod suspended his account for something ridiculously minor and he got banned essentially for evading honoring the bet. This was around the time that gamefaqs unofficially started making account bets a grey area and against the rules.
