Beef isn't tasting too good to me these days. I've been eating more chicken and fish instead.

I eat it very rarely. Prefer chicken or turkey. Sometimes lamb. Tbh I'm almost a vegetarian at this point.

I was scared back then too, but I actually hated the fact that I "couldn't" eat McDonalds for a few months.

My in-laws gave me a whole elk. Beef is remarkably inferior, it tastes flavorless in comparison

i love beef but it's difficult to cook and more expensive than chicken or pork. Also low quality cuts make awful steak

I'm definitely eating way less red meat than I used to.

I used to not eat it much cuz it's so fucking boring, so I stopped eating it about 10 years ago cuz of the health benefits and don't miss it.
(Plus cows are my 5th favorite animal now, so I'll prob never go back.)

Aside from a classic, nice-ass steak, there's no beef dish I ever had that I couldn't replicate with poultry. High-fat turkey burgers are virtually indistinguishable from beef burgers IMO.
