What gets me is the people who come up to me acting like I should know them and it turns out we went to high school or even middle school together. Like how much empty space do you have to have in your head to remember some guy you never talked to from several years ago?

My cousin has pretty good memory in regards to stuff happening, like we were talking about a summer vacation he went on with us when we were like 14 and he described shit I don't even remember happening or vaguely remember.

I can remember statistics and random trivia/facts. Thanks to college, I know a lot more information pertinent to my degree. What I can recall from my past, I really know it. It's like what I remember is very compartmentalized and specialized

But be damned if you asked me what I had for dinner 2 nights ago.
