I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a delivery, with no end in sight, and holy fuck is this company terrible!
This is actually the 2nd order....the first was supposedly delivered on Dec. 3rd per the tracking info, but it never came. FedEX lied to me!
The store then decided to send a new shipment rather than try to figure out WTF happened to the first. I didn't want to deal w/ FexEx again and asked to do store pick up, but was told it had to be the same delivery method. Fuck....

As of Saturday, it had been dropped off at the nearest facility. Every single day since then, the tracker says it's out for delivery on a truck in the morning and expected by the end of the day, only to never arrive and then the next day the same thing is displayed except the expected delivery date is now the end of the new day. FedEX lied to me!

Yesterday, fed up w/ the BS, I called to ask what was going on. They offered to let me have the package dropped off and held at my local Walgreens, since I guess they work w/ FedEx now. I said fine. They said it should be there by the next evening, and take my email address.
Today...I call FedEx before leaving work, and ask if it is there to be picked up. She sees that I requested to hold it there from yesterday's phone call and says yes, it's ready for pick up. I ask twice to be sure, and she says yes. I go to Walgreens.... And it's not fucking there! Of course it's not! I honestly was expecting it at this point. FedEX lied to me!
I just got home and called FedEx again. New customer service agent claims they have no record of me requesting to have it held at that location nor my email address, and takes it down again.... FedEX lied to me!
Now supposedly it should be there tomorrow or Friday, but...I'm skeptical.

Holy fuck this company is shit! It sucks the customer has no say in who the store they buy from uses to ship, cause damn do I never want to deal w/ them again! Had multiple orders AFTER this one all arrive in the interim, cause they came via UPS and USPS, who are actually competent. Somehow until now I've been lucky I guess and never had anything "delivered" (in quotes, b/c the word delivered presumes the package is actually received....or at least doesn't vanish from existence...) by them.

One person has a difficult delivery and the entire company is shit.

When I used them daily, to ship out 6-12 packages a day, we had a 99% successful delivery rate.

I think they problem might be you. Just maybe, or you're that 1%.

I have it delivered to my leasing office, because I had a package stolen once back when I used my own address. The leasing office keeps track of what they receive in. It never fucking arrived, period. FedEx lied to me.

No it's called "company makes millions of deliveries a year with thousands of employees" so there's bound to be an issue or two. That doesn't mean the company is terrible

I have personally had more problems with FedEx than UPS myself.

It used to be the other way around a long time ago.

As a QA representative for said company, I sadly have to agree with you. Also, on the other hand, IT IS THE FREAKIN' HOLIDAYS! FedEx, UPS, USPS and all of them are having troubles because there are probably millions of packages going through the system right now. Yeah, that's right, you aren't the only one sending/receiving shit. Perhaps think about the people having to deal with you every freakin' day. You are the type of customer that we despise because you think the entire world revolves around you. News Flash! It fucking doesn't.

Yeah, how dare I. I didn't trash a driver, or expect some crazy demand to be met. I didn't expect it to arrive really quickly. Just to fucking get the delivery at all, and for when their own tracker or customer service person tells me it's arrived...for it to actually be there! Gasp! The horror!
