I've realized (I think) that I can audially hallucinate when between sleep and awake mode (though practically in awake mode which is what makes it so weird). I'll be mostly fully conscious dozing comfortably, and then think of something and then immediately hear it. it's kind of like how dreams work, but you actually *hear* the sound which is very confusing.

The main example I have is that I could legit hear a squirrel running on the roof. I imagined someone shooting it off my roof with a BB gun. And then seconds later heard the shot, heard it hit the squirrel, and heard the squirrel make a half-cartoon animal dying sound. I actually thought that it really had happened, but I've since assumed it must have been some kind of hallucination.

I had a dream I was watching a death stranding cut scene
he just got done finding a prisoner on the second level of a military fortification in a jungle area
the army came out and surronded it, he walked through the tall grass
the biker chick was there, she told him to look through her sniper scope
the camera gets closer, she turns to a red head in a maiden outfit with long hair
a degraded flower bud shrinks in front of her
norman reedus in a blue plaid dress shirt
he touches the bottom of a light bulb on the table that isn't connected to anything
he touches a pamphlet full of higher level math equations with sigma's in it
it starts incinerating itself
my brother is next to me on the couch in my bedroom, shining a LED in my eye
I look and he's starting down at his phone not paying attention to the cut scene I showed him but the light is coming from another source and still glaring into my eye
he slumps over while sitting up on my shoulder
I realize he actually had fallen asleep while sitting up
the light is still in my eye
it's really annoying how bright it is
I wake up in a pitch dark room at 5pm
