Like the new Pokemon games digitally for 35 dollars... like there's no way that can be legit. >__> But then again the seller is getting good reviews

they'll hit you with an ID verification on your first purchase, so if you're comfortable with giving them your ID then sure

I actually risked it and bought Three Houses shortly after making this topic and it worked. But I noticed after sleeping that one person gave a bad review about how their account was banned 2 days later. Oh my fucking god.

Now I'm scared lol

Dumb question but if that happens is there any way that I can get it back? like nintendo can remove the game off my account, like I wouldn't mind losing out on the 35 dollars but I would mind if I lost my account.

card was probably bought with a stolen credit card since switch games aren't exactly in an abundance online digitally

i bought 2 games and i mean, if my account gets banned down the line, oh well. I sell off my switch and go play on my other 10 systems, i'm not missing much.

Not yet. Though from what I understand these kind of sellers steal credit cards information and then use the info from those cards to purchase these games and then resell these games at a reduce cost. All the original card holder has to do is perform a chargeback and it's game over for my account lol

Though I'm shocked that they haven't noticed that people are basically are stealing from them and has initiated the chargeback on yet

It'll come soon enough. I did it on a dummy account and I got hit. If I was on my main i'd just sell off the console.

i was reading posts about banned/suspended users who were suddenly unable to play their games randomly because it connects to the eshop every so often to verify. You can still play physical games though.

Hmm, I may get lucky.

I'm still not banned as of right now. But I went in and contacted Nintendo support and told them about my concerns. The Nintendo Associate on call basically told me that while it's unusual to overturn stuff like this, but since I reached out preemptively that they may not ban my account if the credit card manages to issue a chargeback if I could provide proof of purchase.

I hope the digital receipts from that shoddy ass website is good enough.

If I manage to get away with this, I'm never using that piece of shit website again. lol

I hope they didn't lie to me, the guy told me that they were going to help me out even after I told them that I bought those two codes from gameflip. They did say that they don't advise me to purchase anymore codes from that site, and to only buy digital games on eShop and on Nintendo.com in the future.
