Everyone fights Jasmine immediately after fighting Chuck right? Like I always thought it was weird you get 2 Badges back to back within moments of each other.

I always do lighthouse trainers > talk to Jasmine who asks you to get the medicine > water route trainers > get the medicine > Chucks Gym > give medicine to Jasmine. That's what everyone does right >_>

Yea, you even get Fly after beating Chuck if I recall correctly so it makes sense to beat him

The levels make sense as Chuck/Bryce/Jasmine in that order but gameplay wise it's Chuck, fly back, Jasmine, Bryce

Jasmine is a bit odd in this regard. You reach her gym first, but can't battle her right away. When you do get the medicine and she returns to her gym, she's the only gym leader with no gym trainers.

(Also she was apparently a Rock type gym before her Steelix evolved. She's in a port so not the best location...)

I literally only found out a couple years ago about Gen 1 that Sabrina is supposed to come after Koga

Yeah the no Trainers in her Gym thing always seemed weird too. I'm playing through Crystal right now so that's what inspired this topic. And for some reason I thought she had a Magneton but it was just 2 Magnemites.

I believe there's a throwaway line or two from the trainers in the tower that they're trying to challenge Jasmine. In the remake, two of them return to the gym
