It probably isn't cluster headaches like some have suggested though obviously you'll want to medically have those ruled out because they are a bitch if they in fact are what's happening. Just a second hand anecdote though in the event it is that... I've heard that shrooms (medicinally prescribed) help those immensely and can cure said cluster headaches for a few weeks to a month or two at a time with one standard dosage, so if cluster headaches really are what's happening, that might be a good course of action.

I hope you feel better! I don't think I've had the misfortune of a migraine but headaches are just awful.
