2 million active users, and yet I see the same 30 people on CE. No way those stats are real.

But 2,198,885 total badges awarded for that category and 0.50% of it are from the November loyalists

No. The total accounts are what I am assuming the percentage is of. And based on earlier numbers from the other badges, it is a fair assumption. Error did the math with the first one where it was new and came up with a similar number of accounts

Okay but the lesser ones for the category answers is
Badges Awarded: 5,048
Answered 100 different questions
828 awarded to 310 users (16.40%)
and 16.40% of 5048 is roughly 827.87 so rounded up it's 828

TC is obviously a person who likes to start things and then play dumb, but he's not 100% wrong. There are inconsistencies because what's "offensive" is too much based on "what's offensive to ME" and not the transparent, concrete criteria some want to pretend it is.

Explanations have been given, but seeing these things in action often contradict the explanation given or opens up more questions, lol.
