If there are any irregularities or problems with your license or vehicle registration, Virginia locks you out of the online system until you can call in and have them unlock it I had to do this several times when they decided I didn't have insurance (I did) and suspended my license and told me to pay to have it reinstated plus a $500 uninsured motorist fee <cite>treewojima posted [p:931064754] in Thank you ...
