Plastic surgery if possible

My nose is big and has a very slight hook to it.

One of my eyelids suffers from pitosis which means it droops slightly due to a weakened muscle.

One of my ears sticks out from my head due to an old injury.

My teeth are very slightly chipped, still wearing Invisalign braces to get them completely straight.

Everything wrong with my face could be fixed through surgery but at 27 its just not worth it.

Yup, my dad was a player back in the days and my mom was the hottest thing he found, not sure where I went wrong.
