Full waste set (only gloves ancient) minus the torso (swapped out in favor of ancient armor but still full bonus because I have a royal grandeur ring, which is ancient)
Both bul kathos weapons (neither even ancient)
traveler's pledge + compass rose (amulet is ancient)

Gems: Banes (powerful and and trapped) + Invigorating gemstone (all still in mid 40s for rank and still at 100% chance at current g-rift level)

Cube: Ambo's Pride, Hexing Pants, Skull Grasp

basically I just put on whirlwind and never stop. I can just spin and slaughter everything while making tornados and pulling enemies to me and my Fury always stays full because the weapon set regenerates it faster than I can spent it. Whirlwind triggers rend constantly and automatically and both have massive bonuses, plus with the accessory set and the hexing pants bonus, I get even more damage and double defense while whirlwinding. I'm immune to control effects so I can generally avoid elite hazard shit unless I get walled in. I don't even use a primary skill and my number skills are 2 buffs and 2 skills that can heal me.

Only been playing since this past week and already at g-rift 70, which I've only ever done once before and it was a long grind to get there. Today I just went from 60 to 70, 2 at a time and beat 70 on first try (even got a primal from the boss). Had some deaths and only like 2:30 left on the clock, but damn this build is crazy.

Best part is that I can speedrun without having to avoid enemies while looking for elites. I move faster with whirlwind on and all normal enemies are dead within a second or 2 of being touched.

wow even more OP now. Just replaced armor cube recipe with an even bigger damage boosting one for Rend. Torment 13 is now easy mode lol

on sale? yeah. Seasonal play with rewards offers different builds to try over staggered periods of time so if you enjoy it at all, you should be able to get good mileage out of it.

I love this spin to win though. Whirlwind to move and auto-triggering enhanced Rend. So many seasonal objectives are time sensitive and this build is made for speedrunning. It's funny because I also play Maple Story 2 with a spinning Berserker and I joked around about that character being Whirlwind D3 Barb on steroids but now my Whirlwind D3 Barb is my Maple Story 2 character on like... exponential steroids.
