Lord knows I haven't been a Game Freak supporter as of late, but of course there is going to be man-made Pokemon that look cooler. There are literally thousands of people with literally no restraints who are making fan Pokemon. You are inevitably gonna get some cooler ones than you will get from a much smaller team who have limited time and resources and have to consider implemention beyond simple design.

Fan made Pokemon are always way too over the top cool looking. You can tell theyre made by 13 year olds.
