Now, if he was impeached for conspiring with Russia for the 2016 election, that would be mandatory imo. The court is never going to strike down Roe v. Wade as long as Roberts is chief justice. He's too concerned about his legacy to let something like that happen

A handful of hoplophobic Democrats (Whitehouse-RI, Hirono-HI, Durbin-IL, Blumenthal-CT, and Gillibrand-NY), are so shook over the 2nd amendment cases that the SCOTUS agreed up hear that some are warning (more like threatening) that the Supreme Court is going to be restructured if they don't drop the cases, most likely by packing it with justices sympathetic to their side, just like FDR attempted to do when the original justices repeatedly blocked his New Deal.

Trans rights have been set back an entire generation, we're teetering on total hell for anyone who isn't in a state that explicitly defined gender protections in non-discrimination laws. And even then, get another justice and they can totally overturn those by saying federal bans they'd implement would supercede any state laws.
