Agnostic420 11/27/19 5:25:02 PM #1:	I'm in bed by 7 pm and I have to be up at midnight, and kids and what not stomping throughout the house has made sleep difficult. Would any ear plugs work? We both worked different schedules so he was always up doing stuff while I was trying to sleep. The ear plugs don't block out all the sound but they certainly help.
