Work out dude Calories in vs calories out Bodybuilders eat like 10+ calories a day Working out helps, but I have limited time for that and it takes a lot of work to burn off a substantial amount. Just never recalled them having an option other than the big ones they had - but like I said, been a decade since I lived down there so probably just forgotten tbh..
