Like Christmas? Thanksgiving? 4th of July?

Fortunately my job always would give us an abundance of time off around the major holidays.

My previous job was opened normal business hours 365 days a week. My current job has limited hours on most holidays and only closes for Christmas.

For several years I worked most stat holidays. It was awesome because I was making like 2.5x my normal wage.

Never had to work Christmas day though.

Yes, I've done 24hr staff duty during Christmas. Worst part is being uncomfortable in class A's for so long.

I may have worked the 4th of July at my first job. As best as I remember, we only closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I think I worked Labor Day a couple of years ago too.

I used to work every holiday because casino. Now, I'm off on every federal holiday because shore duty.

Worked Thanksgiving back when I was a cashier.
My job now has all holidays off. The office actually closes down for the year the week before Christmas and starts back up after new years

I had to work on Canada day a few years ago. My job is Mon-Thur and Canada day fell on a Wednesday. So we worked on the Wednesday and then had Thursday off for a 4 day weekend.
