I had a lot of fun times on the 360. I had just as many 360's crap out on me as I did PS2's somehow. The amount of hype I had for Halo 3 was unreal, and I played it a bunch with family and friends. I think BL2 and ME3's multiplayer were my most played games in terms of hours.

Loved mine. Lots of fond memories of playing Rock Band and Borderlands 2 with friends. My first one died after about six or seven years. Second one died after less than two years.

Fun fact: I primarily wanted a 360 so I could play Enchanted Arms. The system had a few good JRPGs, believe it or not.

It was the only Xbox console Ive ever owned. Played the hell out of it. It was a fantastic system. (Apart from having to have it sent back multiple times due to rrod issues)

Perhaps the worst console of all time for the gaming industry and customer.

A console that was rushed to get it out before the ps3, this bad boy's shoddy design caused it to Red Ring causing billions dollars lost by Microsoft. This nearly completely undid the monetary advantage of releasing the console a whole year before the ps3 essentially draining the industry.

Even worse, there were virtually no exclusive games to be found. Halo/Gears was all it had. Ironically it had probably the best JRPG lineup, though. I take back these points for charging customers to use their own fucking internet. Whoo then Sony followed suit the following year. What a trend to set.

I will give it one thing. The Xbox 360s controller design was a masterwork and the industry has mimicked since

Of, course, my pretty black Elite ended up overheating, and then the optical drive on the replacement stopped working.

Red ring was bad, but other issues caused them to break throughout the entire lifespan of the console

yeah for like a few months before it decided to shit itself . 360 basically destroyed what little interest i had left in console gaming

My cousin had it and we played Kinect games because she didn't have enough controllers for anything else and she was more an active player than anything else. Really loved Just Dance.

Never got one myself, though. The Wii was enough for me that gen. Well, at least that's what my parents decided. Apparently 2 consoles purchased 2 years apart warrented a 5 year console break.

For all the faults with the hardware (which I never suffered having first got a later model) and some fair criticism about exclusives, had some of my best game memories with the 360.

The original had 3 different versions, it was the first that had the major problem. Mine never rrod'd, either.
