1. You go were the market suits you. Twitch doesn't offer a good ratio of females to males. Community college psychology classes, they do.
a. Go to an Asian country. I know I have a ton of female friends from Vietnam now. They don't see any white guys. It is pretty easy killings so much so that I feel kind of bad. I have heard anecdotal evidence of black guys doing well in Asian countries as well.
b. Russia has a lot of good looking females. Ex USSR states do as well. I have heard they are really racist there so it might be a great spot for black guys.

(Well actually if you are successful here in the West and you show it then you'll be attractive over there. It has mixed results though because some like to prey on outsiders)

I have heard stories of Asian guys doing well in Russia. It might not be so easy in Asian countries for various reasons.
