^i guess, but usually its the super dedicated people who do that. There has never been this many this early in any other gym Ive been to in this town.

I don't understand how people go to the gym before work. Like, you need to get changed, drive there, exercise for about an hour, shower, get changed again, drive home, and then continue with your day. That's like an extra 2 hours crammed into the morning.

There's more time in the afternoon. But when we go at like 5:30pm, the place is empty lol.

Well I got off work at 5 am, so for me, it was like what going in the afternoon is like for everyone else.

When I worked day shifts, I was never a get up at 5 and get stuff done before work kind of guy.

Although when I was still living with my parents and going to community college, I lied to my parents and told them I had to be at class an hour and a half earlier than I actually did, so they would wake me up in time for me to get a work out in before I had class.

Man, I was dedicated at that point in my life. I lifted AND ran over 5 miles like 6 days a week. I dont want to say I didnt know what overtraining was back then... more than likely I just didnt care and ignored what people told me about over training. But over training be damned at least I was dedicated then!

Yeah it's really weird. I guess most members go in the mornings or get off from work early enough to get there around 4pm

You can do amazing things with your upper body through body weight training. Sadly, I have found there are no replacements for weighted squats or deadlifts. If there were, I would never pay for a gym membership again.

It's true you can't get massive log legs but you can get really impressive legs with kettlebells. Three big kettles are all you need, if you ever decide the gym isn't worth it. I
