ive been very close to buying a 370z a couple of times in my life after my cousin had a 350z and I loved Tokyo drift back when it came out but I always felt it wasnt good value. I cant believe how long Nissan has dragged out the product life for the 370z too given its more than a decade old now.

My mom had a 350z. It was slower and less comfortable then I expected.

nah man, old school Miatas are like super reliable British roadsters, and the new one actually has more oomph that the car desperately needed to make it quick(ish)

not like the 350Z can brag about speed anyway, it's heavy and has an NA V6 that doesn't exactly take to turbocharging without significant overhaul and expense

You would want a Z owned by an older person.

Why a 350 and not a 370? Unless you're talking about a 350 Nismo where they're hand built from factory and more raw than the usual 350. The 370 performs better than the 350.

I've had my 370 since 2010, Monterey blue (the best color). They're fun cars but my goal is the Prosche Cayman GT4, it's the best driver's car in under the 100k range.

I used to have a 370Z - the 350Z is a very realistic dream car and they're pretty much hovering around the bottom of their depreciation curve at the moment.

Worth getting one sooner rather than later as when cars like that reach this stage in their lives, they tend to get bought by those who can't afford to run them properly (i.e. skimp on maintenance), or get bought by those who stick questionable modifications on it.

Best of the bunch is the later versions of the car with the VQ35VHR engine, sounds fantastic and has a fair amount more power than the earlier versions (306bhp vs 287bhp).

Tacomas are solid, when its time to buy a new car, I'm getting at tacoma. I drove an '06 tacoma for a while with manual transmission, manual locks, manual windows....ended up swapping it with my dad's car when I had a baby cuz my wife couldn't drive manual and a car seat wont fit.

Yeah, a 2010 370Z. Sorry about that.

I heard a rumor that Shiro Nakamura made the design for the 380Z before he left Nissan, but they haven't decided yet if they will release it.
