I dread the day my metabolism comes to a screeching halt and all the junk food that I eat actually turns to fat. Until then though, I'm living it up

I turned 29 and feel it. I can't stuff my face how I want to anymore (gets full and bloated) and I'm good at 5 beers for casual. I rather take shots.

I thought the same when I was 27 but although I weighed the same give or take some pounds my body looked soft (more man boobish than hard chest, abs a lil flabby)

Thats when I cut out the bullshit.

Thats honestly not a thing that happens. People get lazy and sedentary is what happens and they want an out. A typical 50 year old has higher testosterone levels than a typical 15 year old.

Generally speaking the data suggests that if it really becomes an issue by thirty you got genetically shafted. Steep drop offs in testosterone are expected by 60 not 30, not even 50.

Wear and tear takes its toll and a ton of people get more sedentary as they age but
the idea that you metabolism just disappeared is nonsense.

This. I eat whatever the fuck I want and eat a ton of food, but I burn it all off since I work outside all day and go to the gym 3-4 times a week.

Exercise is SLAMMIN.

The idea that your metabolism maintains the same course of action past 30 is more nonsensical than what is being prosed here.

I'm 80 years old and eat only pure garbage and I have 12-pack abs and never gain weight.

Oh wait, I do gain weight, but it's only my dick which continually grows bigger.

I didn't say it was old, but looking around me I see many people who are fatter and eat "healthier" than I do.

you prob just dont realize how little u eat or how many calories you burn

What does this have to do with anything? The point is I eat junk food frequently and don't get fat. I've seen people avoid fast food and still stay fat. People that are constantly trying to follow a diet, which I don't. Hence why the topic title says I don't have to watch what I eat.
