In the middle ages, they made a magic rock which turned the tide of a battle and was then lost to history

Then in the modern day, a Ninja found it and gave it to a Nazi, whose girlfriend is the main character. There is another woman, and she has to work out their relationship problems while vampire buddy cops try to figure out who is responsible for a string of murders, which is of course the Nazi, who is using the stone to suck people's souls out

When the vampires solve the crime, a Japanese cyborg biker gang races on their way to go stop him, but it's too late because he has already used it to summon a kaiju which is using its omega breath to start hurricanes

One of the bikers falls into a radioactive power plant and gets superpowers and teams up with the giant robot the US government made to stop the Kaiju while the Swiss Marines invade and try to shoot at it so it flies into space and in the end the whole thing was a time loop
