Vampyr is pretty surprising, although I guess it shouldn't be? I always had some fleeting interest in that title, but never got around to it until recently thanks to PS Now. I should really get back to it.

Before that I was playing The Outer Worlds. I also tried God of War and Tekken 7 last night for the first time, because they're available on PS Now.

Just recently cleared Shadowrun: Dragonfall in honor of Popcorn_Fairy.

It's way better than Returns, though the matrix aspect was painfully slow and underdeveloped. Already onto Hong Kong, and this seems like the best version of Shadowrun so far, though I don't know that I can get attached to this new party like I was with Glory, Eiger and Dietrich.

Fuck Blitz tho.

Playing Bloodborne for the first time. It's just as awesome as Demon's Souls and Dark Souls was. The world building seems better though.

I was really enjoying Trails of Cold Steel, the worldbuilding, plot and character development is so good and the battles keep me thinking. But then I thought it's so good that I really ought to get the full Trails experience so I've started Trails in the Sky and that's pretty damn good too. Really excited about having all these quality jrpgs to play.

I played The Evil Within 1& 2 for the first time. I enjoy 1's mechanics a lot but the game has some problems, the biggest ones being poor performance (on PS4 anyway), too many cheap/one-hit deaths, and poor characters/story.

The second game is top 5 this gen for me. I really regret waiting two years to play it. The stealth is way more satisfying, characterization actually exists (unlike the first one), and it just does a good job reflecting on the main character's journey and trauma. The overall presentation and the main character's new voice actor were both really effective improvements, too.

Just beat Evil Within the other day. I overall enjoyed it but it certainly had some weak moments. But I think back to surviving those overwhelming ambushes with those headshots and I'm glad I stuck with it. Gonna move onto the DLC now.

I'm also playing A Plague Tale: Innocence and I'm loving it. Simply a great game. I'm using Origin Access Premiere to play this and Fallen Order when it releases.

My portable game is Steins;Gate on Vita. So far this is even more of a mixed bag. Got my first ending and working my way through it. It has some really great stretches but also some really dull stretches.

Ys Seven on PSP: Whole series is great, and this is supposedly the best... I can see why it was before 8.

Pokemon Blue/Yellow: Trading with myself to prep for pokemon stadium 1/2. Might add Red to the list too, just been speedrunning them to collect TMs.
