Nope, never do, never had to either because nothing has ever been more than a minor annoyance. I can understand if your allergic to something or it's just the wrong food. For me it's something like I asked for bacon and didn't get bacon, I'll be fine.

Only ever had to once. I ordered chicken and got someone elses order of fish. It was an easy fix.

All the time. Not just if I didn't get what I ordered, but also just if the food tastes bad, or if it's gone cold.

It has to be exceptionally bad.

yes. Obviously I apply some common sense and discretion if it's minor but if it's a major issue such as not cooked properly, came out cold, missing something, or wrong dish altogether, etc... then yes I'll send it back.

I don't eat pork and I got a ham, bacon, sausage sandwich one time eons ago.
I was not happy about it but that was the one and only time.

A couple times:
I ordered pizza at a restaurant once without onions and it came out with onions on it.
And one time I ordered a chicken sandwich that came out with hamburger on it rather than chicken, since I don't like hamburger I wasn't going to eat it.

Nope. I've watched Waiting too many times to ever send food back. I'll just throw it out if it's that bad and never go back to that restaurant again. It's why I'll never step foot in a Buffalo Wild Wings again because their service is shit.

The only time that I can remember sending something back is a way under cooked burger from TGIF. They took it back cooked another one right and comped my wife and I's whole meal even though I didn't ask them to.

I'm the least fussy eater imaginable and never ask for changes to the recipe like y'all Americans love to do, so they'd have to really do the dish a disservice for me to send it back.

I cringe when my mother in law complains about her food to the waiter.

I do usually politely let them know when they fuck up my order because I'm so picky and can't handle a lot of foods.

Minor errors are livable, massive mistakes are getting sent right back.

Only if it is completely wrong. If I order a burger and I am brought a bowl of soup or something not even close to being a burger ill kindly tell them that isn't what I ordered.

Now if I order a steak and it's a little less or more cooked than I asked idc, im not a whiny baby. Or if I asked for a burger with swiss and they put american on it intead, ill eat it im not a child.
