my 2 year old xbox's hdd is failing so i tried to contact MS for a price quote on the repair. if you try and contact customer service online you basically have to talk with a robot that will do everything in its power to prevent you from talking to another human being, and like half the prompts lead you back to calling the same number you just called.

then i tried calling my local MS store, it's the same exact concept only now all paths lead from THEIR robot back to the main customer service robot.

shit is ridiculous, makes me never want to buy another MS product
