I started lucid dreaming and so I got real horny and would just get it on with every girl I saw. I never finished though and woke up with a raging boner. I wonder if I'm "blue balling" now. I also wonder what my body is doing while I'm in these dreams. Am I moving around, humping the air? Or am I in a "sleep paralysis." I don't know.

Then you need to be aware of certain things in your waking life that would not happen in your dream life. Light switches do not work in dreams. That's the best triggering point to me. You flip a light switch off and the light doesn't turn off, you can become aware that you're in a dream. Also just reading things. You can't ever read the same thing twice. If you're trying to read a book or a website and you can't seem to read the same thing again, it keeps changing on you, you can realize you're in a dream. Same with reading a clock.
