is so, how do you like it? what are your favorite points and least favorite points of living there? do you recommend it for someone that wants to relocate?

Good:

Good weather
No snow
Lots of different places to eat
Traffic isn't too bad
Spectrum internet doesn't have caps
Has the best-rated airport in the US
People are pretty laid-back
Low crime rate
It is close to the ocean/mountains/desert

Bad:

It can get really hot during the summer
Living expenses are high

Yeah poj. I fucking love it. Living is expensive but if you can afford it, it's good fucking living. Traffic is on the rise though and while it isn't LA level yet, it might head there sometime in the future.

Born and Raised in SD

Pros:

Weather: lowest you'll see is probably 35 degrees at night. Highest you'll likely see is high 90s. We rarely hit over 100 unless you live inland where it's always over 100

Food: I know a lot of people talk about san Diego's mexican food but we actually have a lot of great asian, italian, Russian, and a ton of other foods.

Lifestyle: There's way too much to do here. Why do you think we dont care much about sports teams?

Culture: From all the cool art work in Barrio Logan to the surfer Brahs in PB. You'll find a lot of different cultures mixing in SD.

Proximity: You're 2 hours from LA, 5 from Vegas, 8 from San Francisco. Also you can see the desert, mountains, and beaches all in one day. So theres always a place to go

Beer: San Diego is a haven for craft beer. Not my thing but other people love it.

Attractions: The Zoo, sea world, Balboa Park, Gaslamp, Lego Land, and Comic Con. If you have kids there's no shortage of options

Cons:

Pricing:The average rent for a one bedroom in a cheaper part of town is 1200. That's only going to go up the further you get from the border.

Gentrification: San Diego is facing a problem of turning small neighborhoods with culture into the same neighborhoods that are all around SD. Brew Houses are everywhere and its slowly getting worse

Homeless: San Diego is facing a huge problem with homelessness right now. No one really knows what to do about it and its moving from our Downtown to other parts.

Other than that San Diego doesnt have much against it. The pricing for housing is really bad though so that Con is huge for me.
