The Endless_Doom incident was alt of Gavi which he hacked a bunch of accounts, Moderators, and I think the Admin account of the site because he found a vulnerability. A lot of old accounts were lost that day, and it was quite the huge mess.

Mine was warned. Then when I disputed it the mods told me it was my fault. So fuck them but that was 11 years ago.

Then I found out what a shit stain the person who did it was. This dude is a waste of a life but in his fucked up head he'd probably get off on me saying that.

I know this is kinda old but just happened to come across this now. There was no vulnerability or nothing of the sort. What happened was I had an old copy of the LUELinks database from when it had its database stolen via SQL injection exploit and me and him went through and it used it to pick off people that used the same passwords on both websites. The moderator account that was stolen and credited to Endless Doom was actually stolen by the old school KoS user BigRedMachine aka BRM, which he shared with both of us. Most of the moderator accounts that were stolen during that time period were actually done by BRM working from the shadows, he would just share the accounts with us because I was friends with him from the old days.

Oh I see ok, I didn't know the full story but that is interesting.

I vaguely remember BRM posting around, but I wasn't a real member of GameFAQs at the time since I was still lurking around.

I guess I should clarify that not ALL of the accounts were taken from the LL Database, there were a handful or two that were specifically targeted and were done the old fashioned away via research and social engineering. But yeah, Allen ran a pretty tight ship, no accounts were taken by utilizing an exploit in the boards code.
