The Patriots actually try to win football games. The NFL is such a shitshow that yes, that simple thing allows them to dominate. Almost every other team is playing to try to show how their schemes are the best, or to be "traditional", or for their coach to cover his ass regards to personnel decisions he's made so he won't get fired, or for a high draft pick next year. Simply trying to win games above all else makes them a dynasty.

Tom Brady has already proven he can excel in multiple schemes and throw any kind of pass (He just threw a 26-yard TD as I'm typing this), and the other players Bellichick brings in buy into his philosophy and the idea of doing their jobs. The Pats defense also tends to play at its collective best in the playoffs no matter how the regular season went.
