Like the actual $100 bill itself? I really don't remember using a 100$ bill on anything. I normally don't keep cash like that in my wallet. Always go with the debit card.

I think it was a restaurant which didn't take card... a while back. But honestly no point using $100 bills since the kinds of stores which don't take card, also have limited notes and will grumble at you for taking all their change.

Funny story, I was driving to work last March in stop and go traffic and saw a $100 bill stuck in some twigs and stuff against a jersey wall. After 0.5 seconds debating with myself if was weird to pull over to pick up strange money, I decided it was fine.
