He is charged with using a computer to persuade, induce or entice a minor to engage in unlawful sex according to the US Dept of Justice He began exchanging messages with the girl named "Kylee" who was living in Neenah and he has a history of inappropriate behaviour with minors.. He demanded sexually explicit photos from her and tried to initiate plans to have sex with her. After she refused several requests, he decided a 350+ hog march to her state to MEET her in person.. Along the way, he continued to send sexually explicit messages and updated her on his current location and told her that he wanted to have 500 KIDS with an underage girl, including one within the SAME YEAR!! On October 10th, he finally arrived in Milwaukee where someone bought him a bus ticket to her hometown but little did he know that Kylee was actually a Winnebago County Sheriff's Deputy assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force When he arrived, he was arrested promptly by an agent He now faces 10 years in the big house and a maximum of life if convicted The Stooges lookalike has had a history of first degree sexual assault on a minor but it was later lessened to 4 counts of child abuse after rubbing a 7 boy's genitals and told the child he'd get in trouble if he told anyone.
