I think animals in general are disgusting but the topic is about dogs, so I said dogs. Cats are also gross

They all have gross things about them but they vary. People are often gross too so I just feel the existence of grossness in and of itself is a moot point.

Shit just ain't for me man. Not a fan of some animal tongue licking me, getting slobber on me.

That's cool, as long as you're reasonable about it. My sister use to do that when my dog would get excited when they got home. And I was just thinking how jerkish it was to shut down his excitement immediately. Like, you can't take a slight lick to make his day? You gotta instantly bring him down? His excitement when I get home can make my day. Sometimes when Im out, I think about the moment Im gonna walk in the door and have him greet me lol.
