You must be really good at track to get your education paid for. At a d1 school of all places. I was a really good athlete too but unfortunately injuries prevented anyone from taking a chance on me. I would have loved to have been in your position. Go to AA and they will set you up for success. Try to avoid parties and situations where you know booze will be involved. Don't let it ruin a bright future.

Embrace that. Dont regret life in 5 or 10 or 20 (etc etc) years cause of booze. I drink too much. I have for quite a while. I also took my shots and they got fucked up cause of life not booze. at my age now and given what Ive done on basically opposite tracks my drinking is irrelevant.
