Lack of professionalism. Management has an idgaf attitude at times. Most long term employees don't care if they get fired cause they think they'll get a nice severance payout. Favoritism and lack of punishment when people mess up if you're a favorite.

Just the current cliques are really annoying. I don't fully vibe with anybody at work, which sucks. It's not terrible but still. I am putting the work in though, big time. So I ultimately don't really care. But yeah, at my last employer, I did legitimately fully vibe with a couple of the older guys. Hard to explain but oh man does it make a difference in just having a coworker you can talk to and just know you're exactly on the same wave length.

Incompetent managers who have no people skills and only still have the job cause one higher up is looking out for her. Also they hire only one ethnicity so the entire store only has 4 minorities.

Management has no actual hands on experience with the work they're asking people to do, and cannot conceive as to why then you're understaffed by almost half as much workers doing things as you should be that all the work isn't getting done. They just expect everyone stop step it up and become superhuman or something
