Reminds me of a Cabaret in Berlin.

Total side note: I was thinking about asking you about sourdough bread and eggs, if I could do anything with it. But I just decided to make basic but properly done chicken instead. I still have the bread!

Also double, I had to buy Tomatoes for the first time in months... The growing season is over. :-(
Though, I think we avoided a frost tonight. Thank god.

Scrambled eggs on some pan toasted bread works always. I actually done a weird take on this, using a Finnish sourdough rye bread, with Thai flavored scrambled eggs (fish sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper and toasted rice powder), then served with sriracha, the flavors works so well.

Though I must say, I can't eat seafood.
I've been allergic my whole life, and don't really was to experiment right now.

I don't generally do the side sauces either. Unless it's straight Olive Oil.
And the only vice I do use is Wauster sauce.

But ya, generally my cooking is Mediterranean in character.

But back to the question...I've never fried bread with egg, and I'm wondering about it.
It would be with some olive oil, and probably on a store top Iron pan.

Side note, side note: I think we avoided the frost here.

That sucks. The good thing is you can replace fish sauce and oyster sauce with Thai soy sauces. And you can have drops of sriracha on top or something, that's a lot of sauce on the plate honestly, but it was my own made sriracha so it's tastier than the store bought so I didn't mind it.

I've had to scrape my car windows already. Had to even do it after work last night (at 10pm). Think the temp was at 0C tonight, maybe less.

Haha, I have friend who is like addicted to oysters, I know why more than I should for someone who doesn't eat sea food!! I even perfectly shucked one after a Phish show this year!! No Joke.

And shit ya, I'm hovering at 1C..freaking sucks. I think my flower bed has made it through the night though. I just want to get a good picture of it before I have to say good bye.
