3 for sure, duel mode, tons of maps, and none of that unique gimmick for every map bullshit. Also those unique items like the reverse shroom that really need to make a comeback. Stopwatch was fun too, "Oh it's the last turn and you're about to win with a narrow lead? Hah, fuck you 5 turns left and I'm closest to the star!" That or use it to end a game quickly right after a lucky Chance Time where you took everything they had.

That stopwatch item sound a bit like the infinity gauntlet

MP6. I loved the Day/Night mechanic and was very disappointed that they didn't bring it back in the sequels.
