Several months ago I got a shock when my blood test revealed my glucose was 112. I was at a perfect BMI though. But I had a love of diet coke, chips, and spicy ramen. Sometimes, late at night. So, I completely cut the 3 out of my life. Put in more cardio, and didn't eat anything after 6:30 pm. My recent test came in, and my glucose is 75. Even my doctor was shocked because people with prediabetes don't reverse it this quickly, or as low as I did. But I always will have to be careful from here on out. I can still eat my spicy ramen, and chips but not as much as before, or late at night. Diet sodas should be avoided like the plague, as the artificial sweeteners fucks up your glucose intolerance over time, and can cause complications. Pure 90%-95% Stevia(Not the ones you buy in stores, they mix them with other shit) should be the only diet sugar one should consume.

Monkfruit sweetener is also good. Lakanto is diabetes friendly. I don't fuck with the regular lakanto sugar, but I've got some lakanto matcha latte powder I put in my protein shakes and it's pretty good.
