Every time.

There's too much internal politics at the big name media producers to trust the marketing department to respect the writers' storytelling.

For example, Ass Creed III had one of the greatest video game plot twists ever, which was evidently spoiled at great length by all the pre-release info.

ufc events and sometimes boxing.

fights aren't as fun if you know who's winning.

couldn't care less about most other sports since match ups happen so frequently whereas big fights are incredibly rare in comparison.

the only times i've been spoiled is through random YT recommendations of winner's speeches and CE because some people can't help but make topics like "omg NEW champion (insert name here)!!!"

Yea, most of the time. Once I know I'm interested, often the first trailer, I'm done looking until its released. This applies to games and movies.

I've never gone to any great lengths to avoid info or spoilers and if I happen to see something it doesn't really bother me. Gonna play/watch thing regardless.

Too much work imo and I'd be very disappointed to do all that work and then have some random dude on Twitter or TV or at the bookstore spoil something.

Easier to deal with spoilers if you just accept that they are inevitable. Seriously people were barely giving one weekend before spoiling Endgame plot points and shit. Gotta get these memes and jokes off ,right?
