Basically, the two that look angry were telling David (black guy) that him laying low was very good and they used the okay sign to show that. There were NO racial undertones here (though Jack, the Aquaman-looking guy, was kind of racist during other parts of the season), people liked using this image to show that he was even more racist. I mostly posted it just to see how much of a reaction people would give to it hahaha.
