I'd go from working in the parts department at a Ford dealership to handling all the parts orders, check-ins and other logistics at a body shop that mostly does Toyota but handles all makes and models There'd be a definite raise involved and more responsibility, plus I'd be working with former coworkers that I really got along with, and I already understand the general work flow in the shop.
