She's doing the "black people talk in the movie theater" stereotype while the killer sneaks up and sits beside her. She finally annoys people so much that someone snatches the knife away from the killer and stabs her. The entire audience gets in the act, stabbing and beating the hell out of her until she finally dies. Everyone sits back with a smile on their face to watch the movie while the killer puts his feet up and drinks a Pepsi.

Fun fact: there are a few more racial jokes. Of the people that kill her, one is a Hasidic Jew who complains she ruined Schindler's List and one's a Tibetan monk that says she ruined all Jackie Chan movies. I these are mostly to set up the next two jokes where a nun and a bishop complain about her ruining Boogie Nights and Big Momma's House though.
