After nephilim were appearing, did their bloodlines continue? What I mean is, do nephilim still exist today? Did they have children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, etc.? Are nephilim meant to even be capable of having children? Mules and blood parrots would be animal examples of cross-breeds, and are infertile, and largely infertile, respectively.

Yes. God's intention for the Flood was to wipe out all life, not just because of the nephilim but also because of mankind in general and how they had displeased him that he created such creatures. But if I do remember correctly (haven't read the Bible in years) he does specifically mention the nephilim and his displeasure with their creation.

As far as any other source of the nephilim I am unfamiliar with. And as far as other sources go, I guess it would matter whether you consider the Bible an accurate historical source to begin with.

I think this part suggests they survived:

The land, through which we have gone to spy it out, is a land that devours its inhabitants, and all the people that we saw in it are of great height. And there we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak, who come from the Nephilim), and we seemed to ourselves like grasshoppers, and so we seemed to them (Numbers 13:32-33)

The book of Enoch (which is the build up to the flood story and explains exactly why God made the flood happen) pretty much sums up that the flood is intended to wipe out the Nephilim and the humans that were corrupted by the angels that decided to produce offspring with women.

As for after the flood, I believe Goliath was one of the final descendants of giants.

I suppose you could classify people like Andre the Giant from modern times as potential descendants from that time, presuming some of the blood of those people were still around after the flood.

Numbers 13, Moses sent 12 spies into Canaan and discovers that it is filled with very tall descendants of the Nephilim.
So either the Noah family carried the genes that somehow skipped the Israeli genepool and jumped to the ones occupying the Holy Land, or more than Noah survived the flood.

God would allow it to happen a second time after he cleaned the world?

Goliath was one of them so presumably they are still around.

Some of the Orthodox Abraham religions believes that the "sons of God" were the formerly righteous descendants of Seth who rebelled, while the "daughters of men" were the unrighteous descendants of Cain, and the Nephilim the offspring of their union.

I honestly believe something went down in the beginning of time.

I'm really curious about finding out why almost every religion has something about a great flood and giants.

I wish I had a time machine just so I could see what went down.

Although, I'm not sure I want to be around when giant demon offspring were killing men and mating with women.

I'm not sure about giants, but the main reason that floods (and water in general) appear in so many mythological traditions is because they were made when humans transitioned from more nomadic societies to settling in a single place. The places would naturally be close to water because it's such an important resource, and that importance (along with increased flood risk) is reflected in their stories.

Many of them says that one or multiple Gods wants to kill off humanity for one or another reason, and another God secretly warns humanity and tells them how to build a boat to survive.
What if humans tried to explain something they couldnt understood?
Humans and strange mythological creatures could be the result of advanced DNA manipulation by some alien race. And if it was llegal, a great flood could be a great failsafe to erase the evidence while they were running away. An assistant that liked us could hage secretly told us to build boats to survive.
Or if we take it another step, placing people on a small ship and make them believe that the world is being flooded is a great way to relocate them to a new planet.
