Due to overprotective parents there are far too many people getting out of high school with no romantic game. Most girls in high school don't really have to deal with this, but there are some, and this applies to them as well, but to a more limited sense

Women like men that have confidence, but you can't have any confidence if you never had any luck in dating. These men are still in that high school/middle school mindset and need women to be able to do that, and those girls are mostly teenagers, who haven't dated much yet.

For example, I was like this. I had exactly 1 girlfriend in high school, and that was during my senior year when I was 18. My girlfriend was 15, almost 16, and her parents didn't mind that we were dating. But I did. She was underage, so I never tried to have sex with her since it was against the law. She ended up dumping me because she thought I didn't find her attractive, when that was the furthest away from it.

I don't know, it's really hard for me to put my thoughts into words. I think a big reason for this male crises we're starting to have [introverts, NEETs, betas, ect] is because a lot of men don't really mentally develop until after 18, and then once they do, all of the legal women are far beyond them in life/love experiences, that they are left behind are will either get lucky and figure it out, turn to sexual crimes, or end their lives

So I think the adult age should be 21 and not 18, giving those late starters, both men and women, room to grow away from their parents and still be able to find someone that makes them happy without having to worry about 3 or 4 years
