tri tip freaking pwns. i consider myself very lucky for my family to have moved to the central california region when i was really young. i grew up not even realizing that tri tip was a pretty uniquely central cali thing that was comparatively sort of unknown/underappreciated in most other parts of the states.

Yeah, I'm Californian (SoCal). Tritip is a heavenly cut of meat. I just baste it with a little Itallian dressing while on the grill. Low & slow!

Had Tritip last Sunday, so chicken today.
